Such great, friendly service!
We had an after hours plumbing issue and Nick from True Plumbing came out to respond at around 10pm. He fixed the immediate issue, was incredibly friendly, and made the whole experience not feel like the nightmare it could have been. He explained exactly what was wrong, made sure we understood what he was doing and what the next steps for a permanent fix were. Got a prompt call the next day to follow-up and felt in the loop the whole time which is surprisingly hard to come by! Honestly just so grateful for these guys!!
Toilet was broken at the business i currently co manage. We had called true plumbing at 8am and Jason came out same day! Every thing was all good to go and quickly fixed same day! He was extremely nice and professional ! :)
I’m in Vancouver, WA and had an indoor main water shutoff valve start leaking. I called three local companies, and True Plumbing was the only one that answered the phone. From that first call, the entire experience was professional and well organized. They scheduled me for the next day and kept me updated by text. Jason called ahead and asked if he could arrive early, then showed up almost exactly when he said he would. He quickly evaluated the problem, provided a clear digital quote, and gave me two repair options. Jason was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and exceptionally professional. Just as importantly, he was personable and easy to deal with. I had no hesitation leaving him to work while I went back to my own job. He finished on time, cleaned everything up, and the repair is leak-free. The price wasn’t cheap, but neither is water damage, and the work comes with a one-year warranty. True Plumbing is a competent, professional company, and Jason represented them extremely well. It reminded me of the kind of service call that used to be much more common. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.
